$1.2 million

We celebrate the successful completion of the Consulate General of Malaysia’s fitout project, a fantastic accomplishment by our Interiors & Fitout team. The project brings EcoWorld’s vision to life, across two levels of Melbourne’s prestigious Yarra One building, a luxurious development designed by renowned architect Fender Katsalidis. Implementing outstanding interior architectural design by Cheah Saw Architects, we built a secure and welcoming environment for the Consulate team and their visitors. Our teams actioned the complete reconfiguration of both levels over 11 weeks. We were pleased to install unique fixtures and finishes that reflect the Consulate’s elegance and high-standing, including:

  • Bespoke carpet and porcelain tiles
  • Custom timber joinery
  • Sculpt-formed batten ceilings and exposed ceilings
  • Feature lighting
  • Reconstituted stone benchtops
  • Glass partitions
  • Modern, black-framed glazed panels, doors and windows

Together, these design elements create a stunning beauty, warmth and depth – an environment perfect for this international Consulate satellite office.

The project has been a truly successful partnership between Client, Architect, and Design and Construction teams. Our client is extremely happy with the finished results and our Kennedys Group Interiors & Fitout team is proud to execute this project with our trademark precision and care.
