Kennedys Group were engaged by Property Developers Holder East Pty Ltd, with the space designed by Fender Katsalidis and all services documented by our team at Kennedys to complete a luxurious fitout of Holder East’s new headquarters at Level 6, 170 Queen St, Melbourne.
The previous space was cleared with a swift and tidy demolition, bringing it back to a warm shell. With a good foundation in place, the space was then fitted out with a large collaborative kitchen area, with a stunning natural stone island bench and bar area.
Offices were enclosed with incredible steel frames that were designed and manufactured creating long, beautiful perspectives across the floor. The space was then brought to life with feature walls with specialised polished plaster to create a high-end and tactile result. Amenities were designed to remain practical and sensitive to our client and user’s needs, without sacrificing on design or quality.
Kennedys Group Interiors & Fitout are happy to have delivered a space that is the epitome of elegance, combining a calming colour and finishes palette, functional and opulent work areas, and a spectacular location up high in Melbourne’s CBD.
